Lead Installation Engineer

In these days of hybrid working, where people may be working at home, from a remote site or in the office, AV technology is business critical and a specialist area, therefore the role of an AV Integrator is crucial.

You will be responsible for working on commercial AV projects that are mainly London based with occasional works nationally and in Europe. The role is responsible for executing the Company’s installations to the highest standard within the project timescales set.  They also lead and supervise the assigned Installation Engineers or sub contract staff assigned to a project.  The Lead Installations Engineer effectively communicates with the Project Manager and Project Teams to identify issues as soon as they become apparent and brings them to a resolution.

Role Overview

Who we are looking for!

  • Previous team leadership experience, ideally supervising a team of installers to effectively
  • Possesses extensive knowledge and experience of wiring, installing and configuring first and second fix Audio-Visual systems, including first and second fix installations.
  • Experience in the wiring and installation of equipment racks and industry best practices/ standards.
  • Extensive knowledge in the installation and mechanical fixing of heavy equipment to all surfaces and efficiently carry out Audio-Visual installations within time and budget.
