Technology hub
Our Bournemouth site is where a lot of the clever stuff happens in the pre-commissioning area. Programming and commissioning of AV equipment allows our engineering team to install equipment quicker and with less disruption to our customers. And equipment checks ensure that any issues are dealt with before our teams go to site.
Distribution centre
Our warehouse is where we hold stock and take delivery of equipment, which we then check, package up and deliver to installation sites all over the UK to strict deadlines. It’s a critically important cog in the wheel of MVS AV installations for which we proudly receive amazing customer testimonials.
Service desk
Our support and maintenance team is spread wide and far so we can efficiently look after our customers, but most service tickets will initially be dealt with by our amazing Help Desk team here in Bournemouth.
Head office functions
