Yes—we offer support plans with guaranteed SLAs across The UK. Where possible we aim to resolve issues quickly via remote engineers, but will dispatch one of our AV engineers to site if required. MVS has 3 standard support plans to choose from, which include pre planned preventative maintenance to help minimise downtime and protect the lifetime value of your AV investment. Ad hoc support is available, but does not come with the agreed SLAs enjoyed by customers with an MVS support plan.
A BYOD solution enables you to use the AV equipment in your meeting rooms on any type of video conference meeting, but it relies on someone’s laptop driving the meeting and some meeting room features are lost.
A native solution, such as Microsoft Teams, provides simple, one-touch join, the highest quality video and audio, plus it enables the full features of the native software such as digital whiteboarding and seamless wireless content sharing.
