Is supply and installation included?
Yes. MVS handles everything from hardware supply to installation, CMS setup, commissioning, and training.
What maintenance and warranty are included?
Digital signage typically includes hardware warranties (usually 1–3 years) and subscription-based, software maintenance. As part of an MVS support plan we provide reactive and proactive maintenance and manage warranties on behalf of our customers.
Can content be scheduled by time, location, or event?
Absolutely. The CMS (Content Management System) selected will allow scheduling by time of day, day of week, specific dates and across multiple locations.
Do I need high-brightness screens for daylight visibility?
Yes, if displays are near windows or outdoors. We specify screens with appropriate nits, anti-glare coatings, and protective enclosures.
