COVID-19 Update – 14th May 2021

MVS Covid Update

On the 17th May, England will enter its third phase of the four phase Government Road Map out of lockdown.

Throughout the entire pandemic and lockdown period, MVS Audio Visual Communications Ltd have continued to trade without any disruption to usual service.  Some of our staff have been working in the office on a rotation basis and some of our staff have been working from home.  The 17th May will see the majority of our staff return to both offices.

Whilst MVS Audio Visual welcome the relaxation of the Government rules and the re-opening of businesses, we continue to maintain our Covid-19 measures and are confident that not only are we meeting minimum obligations required of businesses to stay compliant, but we are in fact, exceeding those obligations.  We remain and will continue to remain a fully Covid-19 compliant business until such time as the Government deem that all measures can be relaxed.

The measures we have in place include strict social distancing, an office one way system, increased cleaning protocol and a twice weekly testing programme for all staff.  Any visitors to our Head Office are also asked to take a test the day before and report the result to us.

We continue to see an increase in demand for our services and we are continuing to match this demand whilst maintaining the highest possible hygiene standards.  Every installation is risk assessed before commencing to ensure safest industry practice and our installation teams are equipped with all required PPE.

All of our engineers use MVS owned vehicles so therefore we do not need to use any form of public transport.

MVS Audio Visual are delighted to see our staff back in the office.
