When the time came for an office move, providing the best AV technology for their customers and staff was business critical.
The solution we delivered
Multi-purpose space
This beautiful, flexible space caters for a wide variety of uses from company meetings and large-scale presentations to social and informal use.
Two linked Microsoft Teams Room systems are deployed with the second acting as an additional participant in the meeting for an alternative camera view.
The AV installation includes a Christie projector and two AVer PTZ cameras, with audio catered for with Shure MXA 920 ceiling mics, QSC pendant speakers, branded Catchbox cube and clip mics plus a hearing loop from Amptronic.
Background music is provided by a SONOS Port and the system allows staff to play their amazing vinyl collection via a record player.
32 person divisible room
This impressive room enables The Berkeley Partnership to host a variety of customer meetings and workshops.
When divided each 16 person room features 86” dual displays from LG, AVer PTZ cameras, Shure MXA920 ceiling mics, QSC pendant speakers, plus Huddly whiteboard content cameras to maximise the collaboration capabilities of these spaces.
When opened up as a single space the system automatically loads a preset that sets the room up as one space. One of the iPads becomes inactive and the other controls the space with a total of 5 cameras to select from.
Workshop room
The Berkeley Partnership host numerous workshops and this Microsoft Teams room enables seamless collaboration in hybrid meetings.
Underneath LG 75” dual displays a Neat Bar Pro is mounted providing an all-in-one camera, mic and speaker solution for the room, which is controlled by a Neat Pad.
This pad runs a Microsoft Teams interface, allowing users to control various meeting space functions. These controls may include joining meetings, adjusting volume, and controlling camera positions and modes.
Small and medium size rooms
Whilst this installation caters for large customer meetings and presentations and for the collaborative needs of hybrid workshops, it also meets the needs of the day-to-day hybrid and face to face meetings held by its workforce.
From 4 person to 8 person rooms MVS installed Neat room solutions, with Neat Bar Pro, Neat Bar and Neat Board used as appropriate.
The snug
There’s a real trend in providing a variety of meeting and collaborative spaces in order to make the office an attractive destination in this hybrid world.
The Berkeley Partnership’s Snug is one of its most popular spaces, providing a comfortable, quiet space for focused work, creative thinking and informal video conference meetings.
A Neat Bar and Pad bundle and LG Pro Display meet any VC needs.
Huddle spaces
These stylish huddle spaces provide another option for a private space away from a workstation. These spaces are popular for small scale customer and partner calls as well as internal hybrid team meetings.
Each Huddle Space is equipped with a 43” LG Pro Display, Neat Bar and Neat Pad with Microsoft Teams interface.
Room booking and wayfinding
The Berkeley Partnership’s office fit out followed the trend of creating more meeting and collaboration spaces, but even with 18 such spaces, a meeting room booking system is always necessary.
GoBright was selected and MVS installed meeting room booking panels outside each room as well as screens to display Mapviewer to help staff find booked and available rooms.
