Conference room
Following a detailed site survey, MVS designed and installed a large meeting room solution featuring a 98” LG professional display, Aver PTZ camera, Crestron Flex Zoom Rooms system, Shure ceiling microphones and Bose speakers.
Room control is provided via a Crestron touch panel, allowing users to manage meetings easily. Local content sharing is enabled either through Zoom’s wireless presentation functionality or via a hard-wired HDMI connection.
Multiple workspaces
In addition to the main conference room, MVS equipped a large meeting room, two demo rooms, an open workspace and three executive offices.
This work included de-installing and re-installing existing equipment, as well as supplying and installing new hardware such as DTEN touchscreens and Logitech Rally video conferencing systems.
