RX London is a boutique practice providing informed, multi-disciplinary advice for the London property market.
Their senior expertise covers development, capital markets, leasing (traditional and flexible), occupier advisory, lease advisory and PropTech.
The solution we delivered
The primary requirement was to equip RX London’s boardroom, which seats up to 10 people, along with an adjacent four-person meeting room. Both spaces needed to support reliable, easy-to-use video conferencing while remaining flexible enough to accommodate meetings with external partners.
The boardroom
Microsoft Teams is RX London’s preferred collaboration platform, so the boardroom was designed as a dedicated Microsoft Teams Room.
A Logitech TAP Microsoft Teams Room system provides simple and intuitive meeting control through the familiar Teams interface. A large-format 65” display ensures excellent visibility for in-room participants and supports clear face-to-face presentations.
A wide-angle USB camera captures everyone in the room, while wall-mounted microphones and speakers ensure consistent audio coverage, allowing participants to be clearly seen and heard wherever they are seated.
The small meeting room
The four-person meeting room is compact, so the AV solution needed to maximise available space while supporting a wide range of video conferencing platforms used by clients and partners.
MVS installed a 49” LG display alongside a Logitech MeetUp for Microsoft Teams. This all-in-one solution features a wide field-of-view camera with integrated speakers and microphones, delivering high-quality audio and video while keeping the meeting table free from clutter.
To allow users to run meetings on alternative platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, a Logitech Swytch was installed. By simply connecting a laptop, users can control and use the in-room AV equipment regardless of the chosen conferencing platform.

RX London now have a bespoke workspace that supports their business growth and the AV solutions we have designed and installed in their meeting rooms allow them to conduct all their meetings with simplicity and ease, so they can focus on business at hand.
