Why MVS was brought in

Pizza Hut’s previous office workplace was not an attractive destination for employees. Many preferred to work remotely where their home office set up worked for them.

By investing in a new office, the company wanted to create an environment which attracted employees to come in, collaborate and share ideas both face to face and with remote colleagues and partners.

In a successful, modern hybrid workplace AV is critical and MVS was asked take Pizza Hut on a journey to identify the optimum solution for their needs. After visits to demo centres and MVS customer sites a Yealink-based solution was selected and installed to provide the functionality and simplicity of use they wanted.

The solution we delivered

Townhall space meeting room

Townhall

This popular townhall space is a long wide room, so the AV design features two LG Pro Displays with Yealink UVC84 cameras, one UVC86 presenter camera for speaker tracking and Yealink M speakers and ceiling mics all controlled from a simple touch panel.

Boardroom

This room is used for board meetings as well as other hybrid meetings and collaborations sessions. It’s a relatively small room and a wall-mounted Yealink Meeting Board 65″ has proven to be a great choice for this flexible space.

Medium Meeting Room Space AV Equipment supplied by MVS Audio Visual

Medium Meeting Room

Frequently used for large team meetings this room features a 65” LG Com Pro Display together with Yealink A20 all in one videobar and a Yealink wireless mic pod to extend the audio pick up.

A WPP30 wireless dongle is provided for BYOM, where non-native Teams meetings are required.

Small Meeting Room

Featuring a street scene from Wichita where the first Pizza Hut restaurant opened this beautiful room is perfect for small in person and hybrid meetings.

A 55” LG Com Pro Display is paired with Yealink A20 all in one videobar and a Yealink WPP30 dongle allows for BYOM.

Executive Room used by Senior Management with AV Equipment from MVS Audio Visual

Executive room

This room is heavily used by senior management to conduct video conference meetings.

An identical set up to the small meeting room, with a Yealink A20 all in one videobar, provides simple-to-use, reliable technology that enables senior management to work smartly and efficiently.

Teams Rooms booking panels installed by MVS Audio Visual

Booking Panels

Teams Rooms booking panels will be able to show room availability statuses (retrieved from internal Exchange/O365 calendars) and schedule ad-hoc meetings for available time slots on the present day.

Users may also use Outlook to book available meeting spaces and in turn, the iPads will relay a scheduled meeting on the front that it has been reserved.
