Large 30 person meeting space featuring a Yealink MVC 940 dual camera solution for Microsoft Teams

Introduction

No1 CopperPot Credit Union provides financial services to the police family. From its roots with Greater Manchester and Leicestershire Police it now serves over 39k members across The UK from its headquarters in Cheadle.

Large meeting space

A very large meeting space / boardroom seating more than 30 people previously suffered from inconsistent audio and video experiences depending on where participants were seated. To resolve this, MVS deployed the Yealink MVC940 dual-camera solution, ceiling microphones and a large display at the front of the room.

A repeater screen positioned halfway down the room ensures participants at the rear can clearly see meeting content and presenters. BYOD capability is built in to support non–Microsoft Teams meetings when required.

Small meeting space

A smaller meeting room utilises a Yealink A20 all-in-one video bar with full BYOD support. In addition, a Yealink DeskVision has been installed in the dedicated “Mortgage Room” to provide a compact, purpose-built video collaboration solution.

What CopperPot Credit Union can do now

The Cheadle office now has the modern AV installation that ensures that technology is now an enabler and not a barrier to their service to the Police Family.
