The Challenge

Lush needed an audio system for their marketing suite/office in Poole, Dorset and MVS were approached because of our reputation and our Bose Pro Partnership.

The office had 3 distinct zones; 1x open office space, 1x mock store and 1x meeting space.  Each area required individually controlled audio from a Sonos Connect or a local audio input connection.  All zones also needed to work as one continuous zone for certain functions they hold in the office.

Introduction

Lush is a business which originated in Poole, Dorset and has now over 100 stores in the UK and more than 900 stores covering 49 countries worldwide. The company believes in ethical but effective products from fresh, organic fruit and veg alongside the finest oils and ingredients available. With strong views on animal testing, ethical buying and many more global issues, Lush is a brand that demonstrates movement globally. Lush create products such as bath bombs, shower gels, moisturizers and many more.

The solution

The background music system complements the aesthetics of the office while delivering clear, professional sound through an easy-to-use interface that any member of staff can operate.

Simplicity of use was a key requirement for this project. MVS designed and delivered a professional audio system that aligned with the brief while remaining intuitive and accessible for everyday use.

What hardware did MVS install?

  • Cloud Electronics CX263 three-zone mixer
  • Bose IZA2120 and Bose 190 amplifiers
  • 16 × Bose DS16 pendant-mounted speakers
  • Shure BLXR handheld and headset wireless microphones

The background music has complemented the aesthetics of the office as well as providing a clear and professional sound with an easy to use system that any member of staff can operate.
