Introduction
Carlisle Fluid Technologies is a leading global manufacturer of products and systems for the supply, application and curing of sprayed materials including, paints, coatings, powders, mastics and bonding materials.

Project overview
Carlisle introduced a divisible wall to transform a large meeting space into two highly flexible environments.
The main room is designed for meetings, training sessions and client presentations, supporting both in-room collaboration and Microsoft Teams meetings. The secondary room functions as an independent meeting space for basic presentations using a single wall-mounted display, but can also operate as an overspill area when the partition is opened for larger gatherings.
MVS installed an 86” Avocor interactive touchscreen and a 65” professional display, while the existing 98” display was re-mounted on a side wall to maximise usability in different room configurations.
Audio is delivered via Bose speakers and Shure ceiling microphones, with Aver PTZ cameras providing high-quality video capture. A partition sensor combined with a fully flexible Crestron control system allows Carlisle to seamlessly manage the rooms in any configuration required.

Mobile conference unit
The lab space is a busy, high-noise working environment containing paint preparation areas, paint robots and testing booths. To support collaboration and demonstrations, MVS designed and delivered a bespoke mobile video conferencing unit.
This mobile solution enables live demonstrations of lab systems to clients and Carlisle teams in global locations. The unit includes a 65” Avocor touchscreen display, wireless microphones and headsets, and Biamp audio DSP using Dante networking.
Video capture is handled by Aver PTZ cameras with HDMI switching, while overall system control is managed via a Crestron touch panel. Connectivity to Microsoft Teams is provided via USB, ensuring a simple and reliable conferencing experience wherever the unit is deployed.
