Introduction
Our customer is a globally renowned brand which describes itself as “a global business that’s managed locally”. For them only the best will do.

Project overview
The customer had three large meeting spaces. Cisco Webex Room Kits were deployed, with a requirement for BYOD addressed via HDMI connections, allowing use of AV peripherals with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, Slack and other common meeting platforms.
Dual Sony professional displays were installed in two of the rooms, with QSC column speakers mounted either side. Shure MXA920-R ceiling microphones were suspended on drop poles to suit the high ceilings of this heritage building. Cisco Navigator touch panels are used to control the systems.

Crestron AirMedia
Crestron AirMedia enables wireless content sharing from Android, iOS, Windows and macOS devices. An Ampetronic hearing loop system was also installed to support participants with hearing impairments.
In addition to the meeting room AV, RF TV and IPTV were enabled across the network. A 55” Sony professional display was installed for digital signage, with content delivered via an Exterity AVedia player licensed with Signagelive.
A further enhancement was the installation of five synchronised clocks across the site. A GPS antenna, DCF transmitters and wireless repeaters ensure all clocks communicate with the master clock for accurate timekeeping.
Successfully deployed
As a result of the successful Bristol AV installation, the customer has since asked MVS to support office AV solutions in London and across Europe.
