Project overview
Eighteen workspaces across two sites were identified as requiring new AV solutions. MVS was appointed as the AV integrator to consult, design, procure and install the appropriate technology across all spaces.
Microsoft Teams Rooms
Flint Bishop is a Microsoft Teams organisation, so Microsoft Teams Rooms were deployed throughout using certified Logitech solutions. Depending on room size, Rally Plus Kits, Rally Bars and Rally Bar Minis were specified, all paired with Logitech Tap controllers for one-touch meeting join and LG Professional displays.
To support BYOD use cases, Logitech Swytch was installed, and Airtame wireless systems were added to enable simple content sharing. In reception and holding areas, Clevertouch signage displays are used to manage corporate messaging, RSS feeds and video content.
Successfully deployed
This large AV installation was successfully delivered following a detailed consultation phase to fully understand how each space would be used. This approach allowed MVS to apply its technical expertise and vendor relationships to design a solution tailored precisely to Flint Bishop’s requirements.
