Introduction
Delancey Real Estate is a UK-based real estate investment and asset management business with a multidisciplinary skill set that includes development management and place-making.
Their previous office in London was very tired, so when the building was put up for sale a move to Netflix old London HQ provided an opportunity, not only for functional improvements, but also to create a space that staff would be proud to show their clients.
The solution we delivered
DREAM Lounge
The Delancey Real Estate Asset Management Lounge represented a major change for their office space. This flexible area provides a space for formal presentations, events and more relaxed gatherings for staff and clients. Informal meetings have increased significantly.
MVS repurposed a Christie projector, motorised projection screen and QSC pendant lamps, but supplemented that with a Microsoft Teams Room system from Yealink, BYOD and Catchbox to enable every type of use.
Boardroom
The boardroom features an LG 98” UHD display and a Yealink Microsoft Teams Rooms system (MVC 940) with two PTZ cameras to capture the presenter as well as other meeting participants.
Audio reproduction is via two column loudspeakers and microphones are repurposed wall-mounted Nureva HDL300s.
BYOM is provided via a USB-C cable and wireless presentation via Yealink WPP-30 dongles.
Medium meeting rooms
These rooms are equipped with 75” UHD displays and Microsoft Teams Rooms via Yealink A30s with a BYOM interface.
Wireless presentation is enabled with Yealink WPP-30 dongles and audio is supplemented with Yealink wireless mics.
Yealink booking panels are used across these and all meeting spaces.
Small meeting rooms
The smaller meeting rooms come equipped with repurposed 55”/65” displays and Microsoft Teams Rooms in the form of Yealink A20s with MTouch and a BYOM interface.
WPP30 dongles provide wireless presentation and Yealink wireless mics improve audio clarity.
Huddle spaces
A couple of huddle spaces with acoustic treatment were added by Delancey to provide a quiet and private space for video calls.
For these, MVS provided Neat Frames for Microsoft Teams.
What Delancey can do now
The London Real Estate world is one where face-to-face contact is still common, but recognises the value of video conferencing for hybrid meetings.
The new office is a more attractive destination for staff and has created an environment for more of those highly productive informal meetings, as well as somewhere staff are proud to bring their clients – which wasn’t the case previously.
The AV installation MVS designed provides for all Delanceys’ needs, from hybrid video conference meetings, to formal presentations and social events.
