Multi-use space
From formal company presentations to social events, this beautiful space is equipped for all eventualities.
MVS installed a 10,000-lumen Panasonic projector with a 3m wide 16:9 ceiling-recessed motorised projection screen.
10 QSC ceiling speakers installed throughout the space provide audio reproduction.
Four handheld Sennheiser microphones provide local voice-lift reinforcement via the ceiling speakers.
Control is enabled through an iPad.
Boardroom
The boardroom is set up with a dual display to enable content and meeting participants to be clearly seen.
A Neat Bar Pro conferencing bar provides Dawn Capital with native Zoom Rooms capabilities, controlled via a Neat Touch Controller.
Top quality audio is provided via the ceiling by two Sennheiser TeamConnect II beamforming ceiling microphone arrays and a pair of QSC speakers.
A loose-laid HDMI cable allows users to share their laptop screen, both locally and with the far-end as content in a UC call.
A loose-laid USB-C cable enables users to connect their laptop to the meeting room audio and video hardware to be used with an alternative UC meeting platform.
Medium meeting rooms
Two medium sized meeting rooms are equipped for formal Zoom meetings with clients and colleagues, suited to the room size, configuration and build.
A dual display of 65” LG Pro Displays and Neat Bar Pros provides a high-quality native Zoom experience where content and participants can be clearly seen and heard.
Control is provided by a Neat Touch room controller.
The option to connect a laptop to share content and use the AV equipment on another UC platform is provided via HDMI and USB-C cables respectively.
Small meeting rooms
Two small meeting rooms are equipped for smaller, informal and internal meetings.
Single 55” LG Pro Displays and Neat Bar Pros provide native Zoom meeting capabilities controlled via a Neat Touch room controller.
BYOD / BYOM capabilities are provided via separate HDMI and USB-C cables.
Huddle spaces
These huddle rooms are very popular for informal meetings and collaboration.
Via a Neat room controller for Zoom, it is easy to conduct native Zoom meetings or share content, whilst BYOD / BYOM options are provided via HDMI / USB-C cables respectively.
A single 55” LG Pro Display and Neat Bar Pro provide a top quality audio-visual experience when external clients or collaborators are part of the meeting.
Room booking
Neat Pad Zoom Rooms booking panels are fitted throughout and show room availability status (retrieved from internal Exchange/O365 calendars), and can schedule ad-hoc meetings for available time slots on the present day.
Users may also use Outlook to book available meeting spaces and, in turn, the panels will show on the front that the room has been reserved.
Acoustics
A clay render finish on the walls is a beautiful feature, but also aids good acoustics.
However, some stylish acoustic treatments, including this ceiling treatment, ensure good audio and hence great meeting experiences, especially for participants dialling in remotely.
