An overhaul of banking standards following the 2008 financial crisis led to the adoption of new rules and practices. It also paved the way for CUBE to transform compliance and risk through AI. As a result of success and the need to provide a base for continued growth and development, CUBE opened a new office in London’s iconic Tower 42. AV technology delivered by MVS Audio Visual is a crucial component.
The solution we delivered
Townhall
This bright and comfortable breakout space, with a panoramic view very few offices have, provides CUBE staff with somewhere to chat over a coffee or break for lunch.
But in an instant it becomes a townhall for company events. Elegantly hidden in the ceiling space are a projector and motorized screen which can be simply activated from a touch panel.
Featuring Yealink UVC86 cameras for presenter and audience tracking, QSC ceiling speakers and a combination of a Shure MXA920 ceiling mic and Sennheiser hand-held mics, this space enables CUBE to easily host hybrid events via Teams.
Auditorium
This large, flexible and private space enables CUBE to host events and training for large numbers of people both in the RegTheatre room and remotely via Microsoft Teams.
A projector provides for content display, whilst Yealink UVC86 cameras ensure both presenters and in-room participants can clearly be seen, whilst a combination of QSC speakers and a Shure mic in the ceiling ensure they can hear and be heard.
AI lab
CUBE’s AI Centre of Excellence is the RegBrain AI Lab. This is where CUBE’s brains gather to meet and collaborate on their award-winning tech, so the AV set up is designed to meet their exacting needs.
Equipped with three 55” displays, a Yealink S90 large room solution plus Yealink SkySound ceiling mics and speakers, our solution enables CUBE to efficiently share multiple content both in-room and in collaboration across Microsoft Teams or via BYOM.
Reception & lobby
Exiting the lift as you arrive on the 33rd floor, visitors enter a stunning lobby. Here they are welcomed by compelling content displayed over three 65” LG Pro Displays with content managed via Signagelive and audio over QSC ceiling speakers.
A smart signboard helps with wayfinding and allows room and desk booking for CUBE staff.
Cinema room
Not your usual office space, the RegCinema room gives CUBE the opportunity to wow their guests!
Equipped with a 98” LG Pro Display and QSC ceiling speakers for visual and audio impact, this unique space doubles up as somewhere for formal presentations and for entertainment, complete with popcorn barrow and cocktail shakers.
Boardroom
Like most of CUBE’s meeting rooms, this space has amazing panoramic views across London, but there is serious business to be done here so the setup had to be on point.
Dual 75” LG Pro Displays and a Yealink S90 large room solution together with SkySound ceiling mics and speakers enables CUBE to conduct effective hybrid meetings by Microsoft Teams or via BYOM.
Large meeting room
This popular room is set up for those meetings where a few more chairs are required.
Our room solution provides native in-room conferencing via Microsoft Teams with BYOD connectivity via a touch panel.
A Yealink MVCS40 video bar with the addition of wireless table mics provides seamless audio visual.
Small meeting rooms
A choice of 4 and 6 person meetings rooms enables CUBE staff to host native Teams meetings, but with the capability to have other meetings using BYOM.
In each of these rooms the solution comprises a 55” LG Pro Display and a Yealink MVCS40 room kit with Smart 40 bar, M-core and M Touch E2 panel.
CEO & exec offices
CUBE’s executive offices provide the flexibility of an ergonomic workstation with small meeting areas for in-room discussions or hybrid meetings.
In each of these three spaces a Yealink MVCS40 room kit enables simple to operate, efficient meeting tech for this award-winning company’s senior leadership team.
Room booking, wayfinding & desk booking
As you would expect from a successful, growing tech company, CUBE wanted to maximise the efficiency of the office, so MVS advised and worked with CUBE to design and install booking and wayfinding solutions.
Meeting rooms are fitted with Yealink booking panels, desk booking is via GoBright and in the lobby area and office space wayfinding panels are provided to make booking space easy – not something that can be said about many workspaces.
Desk monitors & mounts
MVS is proud of its reputation for quality and that extends to installing desk monitors and carefully setting them up to meet customer requirements.
Following consultation, we installed LG 32” curved ultrawide QHD monitors mounted on B-Tech single arm desk mounts, ready for staff on day 1.
