Barclays Bank Plc exemplifies the latest design in modern Banking – with a growing estate of branches in high streets up and down the UK from Manchester & London to Plymouth & Newcastle.
MVS designed a system that offers the best flexibility to meet Barclays developing needs in visual marketing solutions.
The challenge
MVS have been installing televisions in the branches since 2007. We provide a complete package for Barclays that starts with an aerial being erected, UHF outlets in various locations including the Banking Hall and Staff Room. MVS fit 32″ LCD TVs in the staff room, along with a Blu Ray Player.
Services MVS provide to Barclays include;
- High quality NEC V463 46″ & NEC V425 42” LCD screens
- Options to play BBC News, up to date customer information or promotional videos via a Blu Ray Player
- Video is distributed via HDMI extenders linked to a HDMI matrix enabling staff to switch content on the screens and have different content on each individual screen
The results
We also provide the Audio Visual technology for Meeting Rooms; where we primarily install a 55” NEC screen connected to a convenient wall plate for laptop connectivity and a Blu-ray player housed in an attractive but robust lockable cabinet finished in light beech. Complete with active loudspeakers.
