MVS were approached to design and install the Meeting Room AV solution for the brand new Central London Office of Croud.

Boardroom – Clevertouch Interactive Screen & Crestron Mercury.
Bleacher town hall – 86” large format display, Bose Audio was selected for their quality and stylish aesthetics, Biamp TCM-1 intelligent, ceiling microphones were used for the voice pick up during video conference calls with a central Crestron control system to bring all the AV together in a single, easy to use touch controller.
Meeting rooms – For the smaller meeting rooms MVS installed a large format display along with a Logitech meetup to provide an easy to use platform for bringing laptops into the meeting room to present or to join a video call with improved voice, speaker and camera capabilities. Each meeting room had an Evoko Liso room booking panel installed and configured to encourage effective meeting room etiquette and management.
Background Audio – Further Bose speakers were installed throughout the office to deliver background music, MVS integrated the control of the audio into the Crestron control of the Town Hall.

Previously Croud were using a selection of off-the-shelf consumer AV products available to purchase online. The requirement was clear from the outset; to create an easy to use system and importantly keep all cables etc out of view.
The improvement in quality was always going to be apparent in comparison to what was previously being used. The TCM-1 Biamp microphones used in the Boardroom have made holding video calls a much nicer experience.
Staff no longer dread searching through the ‘bird’s nest’ of cables and being confused in how to operate the AV equipment in their meeting rooms.
